Practise locating nodes and antinodes, comparing phase, and sketching linked displacement-time graphs from standing-wave diagrams.
How this is tested
- use the standing-wave diagram and end conditions to place nodes and antinodes at the correct positions
- use the diagram to decide whether two points are in phase or `pi` out of phase in adjacent loops
- sketch a second displacement-time graph with the correct phase shift and smaller or larger amplitude
