Practise designing a fair comparison of infrared emitters using matched black and white surfaces, controlled hot water and cooling or detector readings.
Using the apparatus shown in Fig. 5.1, describe an experiment to demonstrate good and bad emitters of thermal radiation. Include the expected results and the conclusion.
