Do not share your access details outside your group; you're accountable for all actions under your account.

OUR SERVICES

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

6. Trading API keys without our prior agreement

8. External Services: Should you employ third-party software or services with ours, they come with their own terms

We welcome feedback, suggestions, and ideas. Should you offer any, understand we may implement them without owing any compensation to you.

Content Management

Your Submissions:

You can input data into EduNinja's Services ("Input") and receive generated outputs based on that Input ("Output"). Together, they form the "Content". You retain ownership of all Input. In line with these Terms and relevant laws, EduNinja transfers to you all its rights and claims over the Output. This allows you to utilize Content for any reason, including commercial pursuits, so long as you adhere to these Terms.

Uniqueness Factor:

Given the dynamics of machine learning, Outputs may not be distinctive across users. EduNinja might generate identical or analogous outputs for multiple users.

Validity Check:

AI and machine learning are transformative fields. EduNinja strives to enhance its Services for precision, reliability, and efficacy. Given machine learning's uncertain nature, there could be occasions where the Service might deliver incorrect Outputs. For any critical application, it's prudent to assess the Output's accuracy, including human verification if needed.

TRANSACTIONS AND PAYMENT DETAILS

You commit to giving up-to-date, accurate, and comprehensive payment and account details for all transactions made through our Services. Charges and Invoicing:
