CAIE Physics 9702 syllabus overview

Cambridge International AS & A Level Physics develops conceptual understanding, mathematical problem solving and practical skills across mechanics, matter, waves, electricity, fields, quantum physics, nuclear physics and cosmology.

AS Physics covers the foundation content in Topics 1–11 and the practical skills needed for Paper 3.

The A2 route extends this understanding through Topics 12–25 and adds the A Level structured and planning, analysis and evaluation papers.
