Practise using f''(x), derivative graphs and sign changes to decide concavity, inflexion and turning-point behaviour.
How this is tested
- find f''(x) and solve f''(x)>0 to give intervals where a graph is concave up
- use a sign change in f''(x) or changing gradient behaviour to justify a point of inflexion
- interpret concavity or maximum speed from derivative information, coordinates or a graph of motion
