Practise using P(A|B)=P(A∩B)/P(B) with complements, restricted outcomes, Venn regions and modelled events in probability contexts.
How this is tested
- calculate P(A|B') from Venn regions by finding both denominator and intersection
- translate given that exactly two are defective into conditional probability, not a product
- for continuous models, set conditional ratios with matching integrals, for example P(X>8.52|X>8)
