Find expressions for $\frac{\mathrm{d} y}{\mathrm{~d} x}$ and $\frac{\mathrm{d}^{2} y}{\mathrm{~d} x^{2}}$ .

$\frac{dy}{dx}=3(3-2x)^2(-2)+24=-6(3-2x)^2+24.$
