Practise cumulative-frequency questions by adding running totals, plotting upper-class-boundary points and drawing a smooth curve.
The frequency table gives information about the times, in minutes, that 60 people took to complete a puzzle.

Complete the cumulative frequency table.

On the grid opposite, draw a cumulative frequency graph for your table.

USE OVERLAY.
Marking guidance:
- A histogram/bar chart type graph scores zero unless a cumulative frequency diagram is drawn over it
- Ignore any part of the graph before (10,8)
- M1 for at least 5 points plotted correctly at the end of the interval
- Or ft from an ascending table for all 6 points plotted consistently within each interval in the frequency table at the correct height
- Correct answer scores full marks unless from obvious incorrect working
- A1 for a fully correct cumulative frequency diagram with points joined
- Accept a curve or line segments; accept a curve that is not joined at (0,0)
