Calculate the magnitude of the vector $\overrightarrow{H F}$

\overrightarrow{HF}=\begin{pmatrix}4\\14\end{pmatrix}+\begin{pmatrix}5\\-2\end{pmatrix} =\begin{pmatrix}9\\12\end{pmatrix}

|\overrightarrow{HF}|=\sqrt{9^2+12^2}=15

Final answer:
