Who’s ready to join us? This October marks the 5th free “EduNinja™ 30 Day Health & Fitness Challenge”. #eduninja30 is going to be bigger and better this year. As most of you know this is my first year in 21 years that I’m taking my teaching outside the classroom. As an author, speaker, National Strength and Conditioning Certified Personal Trainer, and online Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, I’m inviting more people to join our challenge. Originally I started this health and fitness challenge to provide teachers, principals, and school staff some easy strategies to incorporate into their day so they could be at their best for their students. But can’t any business person, student, stay at home parent, and athlete always learn more and inspire others to lead a healthier life to be their best? Yes.
